The above rates include outside storage for trailer while boat is in the water, also outside storage for boat
and trailer in the winter months. There is an additional fee of $330 for boats remaining in the water during
the winter months (after Nov. 20th to March 1st ). The rates include water & electricity to slips 26 ft. and
above. Smaller slips must share electrical and water.
