We are a family oriented, Modern resort with 6
new motel
rooms that are set in a beautiful
relaxing setting, Floating on the lake!
Lake Perry is the perfect place to enjoy your
favorite water sport, Fish, Or just relax and
have fun with family and friends alike!
Our clean modern motel rooms are each
equipped with the following:
*Bunk beds, Which consist of a full size bed on
the bottom and a twin size bed on top.
*Mini Fridge
*Microwave Oven
*Small table and chairs
*All bed linens and towels
*Air Conditioning
*Although there are no bathrooms in the
in the rooms, There are 4 full bathrooms located
directly around the corner from the rooms.
*Lake front picnic area
*Free boat launching

Returned after room is cleaned, inspected and
found to be left in good shape
Holiday rentals will be at the weekend rental rates and must include a minimum of a 3 night stay.
Pets are only allowed in Motel room #1 & #6 at an additional $10 a night or $60 weekly fee.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in time is 3pm to 5pm
Check out time is 11am
Early arrival & late departure fee is $20
Guests MUST register at the office before entering motel rooms.
If Guest is unable to make 5pm check in time, please make arrangements with Office management before 5pm.
Reservations
Reservation applications are accepted by telephone, fax, mail, or in person and only accepted for the current year. All applications are handled on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations require payment of $50 by credit card, cash or check. Remainder of bill will be due at check in. Upon check in $35 of the reservation fee will be applied towards your stay.
At the discretion of the Office, the cleaning deposit will be refunded if the motel room is left in good condition and a list of a few clean up details are done. If the Office has to hire a cleaning company to come clean motel room after use, the deposit is forfeited.
Motel renters shall be responsible for full payment of any damages incurred during length of stay.

Refunds And Cancellations
If stay is canceled, $50 reservation fee is
non-refundable. If stay is canceled within 7 days
of reserved
date one nights stay will be charged.
Any remaining amount prepaid to us will
be gladly mailed to you in the form of a check
Rules And Regulations
- No smoking inside the motel rooms.
- Must be 21 years of age to rent motel rooms.
- Pets are allowed in rooms #1 and #6 at an additional $10 a night or a $60 weekly fee.
- Owners must keep pets on a leash at all times.
- Owners are required to clean up after pets.
- Please observe the quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for damages to motel and property.
- Guests are responsible for entire length of reservation.
- Rates are subject to 7.3% sales tax.
- All rates are subject to change.
