The above rates include outside storage for trailer while boat is in the water, also outside storage for boat and trailer in the winter months. There is an additional fee of $330 for boats remaining in the water during the winter months (after Nov. 20th to March 1st). The rates include water & electricity to slips 26 ft. and above. Smaller slips must share electrical and water. No charcoal or gas grills allowed on docks.

No powerboats are allowed in the Sail Harbor. The above rates includes outside storage for trailer/cradle while boat is in the water, and outside storage for boat and trailer/cradle during the winter months. There is an additional $330 fee for boats remaining in the water during the winter months (Nov. 20th to March 1st). The rates include water & electricity for all slips. There are also showers, pump-out station, as well as a ‘party deck’ for sailboat slip customers to use. No charcoal or gas grills allowed on docks.
*There is an additional 3% added for Credit Card users.
**Discounts only apply to ‘Up Front’ payments made in full and received in the office by February 15th, by 4:30pm (of current year). After that date ‘Yearly Rate’ applies to all customers.
Terms of payment: All renewal leases must be received by the office by February 15th, 4:30pm (of current year), along with payment, in order to reserve your current slip. Slip leases not renewed by that date will be made available for lease on a first come, first serve basis on February 16, (of current year).
New lease agreements: New slip customers have the choice of paying all yearly fee (pro-rated) up front, or half up front and half in 30 days.
All boats, trailers, cradles, and stands stored on RCM’s property are required to have owner’s name and current permit tag. The marina will assess a $20 charge to properly mark all owner’s property if not done by owner.

Storage Billing:
All storage will be billed out quarterly; payments are due in the 1st week of current quarter.
1st quarter billing: January, February, and March
2nd quarter billing: April, May, and June
3rd quarter billing: July, August, and September
4th quarter billing: October, November, and December
Miscellaneous:
All slip payments not received in the office by the 15th of month due will assess a $30 late fee.
All storage payments not received in the office by the 15th of the month due will assess a $10.00 fee
Boats that are cabled into slip due to late/non-payment will assess a $30 fee to un-cable boat.
All Store tabs, service tickets, and other bills not paid within 15 days will assess a 2% mthly finance charge, $5 minimum.
