Rock Creek Marina & Resort is now pleased to offer cabin rentals.
We are a family oriented, modern resort with 3 new cabins that are set in a beautiful relaxing setting, with a beautiful view of the lake!
Lake Perry is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite water sports, fish,
or just relax and have fun with family and friends alike!
Our clean modern cabins offer most of the conveniences of home.
Each are equipped with the following:
*Full size bathroom & shower
*Queen sized bed with dresser
*Cabins 1 & 2 have full sized futons in livingroom
*Fully furnished kitchenette with basis cookware
*All bed linens and towels provided
*Air-conditioning
*Furnace for the winter months
*Porch with view of the lake
*Fire pit for all cabin to share & enjoy
*Free boat launching

Coffee pot - we also suggest that you use bottled water!
If you have cookware that you prefer to cook with, please bring it along. As our selection of cookware is very basis and primative.

Daily rates are Monday thru Thursday
Weekend rates are Friday thru Sunday
Weekend rentals must include a minimum of a two night stay.
(Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun).
Stay all three nights and get a discounted rate.
Holiday rentals will be at the weekend rental rates and must include a minimum of a two night stay.
(Night before holiday & night of, or night or holiday & night after)
Pets are only allowed in cabin #1 at an additional $10 a night or $60 weekly fee.
Check In And Check Out Times
Check in time is 3pm to 5pm
Check out time is 11am
Early arrival & late departure fee is $20
Guests MUST register at the office before entering cabins.
If Guest is unable to make 5pm check in time, please make arrangements with Office management before 5pm.
Reservations
Reservation applications are accepted by telephone, fax, mail, or in person and only accepted for the current year. (Coming soon, on the web-site!) All applications are handled on a first come first serve basis.
reservations require payment by credit card, cash or check. All reservations must include the total cabin rental fee, $25 non-refundable reservation deposit, and a $60 cleaning deposit for daily rentals, $125 for weekly rentals.
At the discretion of the Office, the cleaning deposit will be refunded if the cabin is left in good condition and a list of a few clean up details are done. If the Office has to hire a cleaning company to come clean cabin after use, the deposit is forfeited.
Cabin renters shall be responsible for full payment of any damages incurred during length of stay.

Refunds and Cancellations
If stay is canceled, $25 reservation fee is
non-refundable, any remaining amount prepaid to us will
be gladly mailed to you in the form of a check
